Rental System

The rental system will be launched in MetaVision Phase 2.

Each user has a default credit rating when first joining MetaVision. MetaVision offers smart rental guarantee system. Renters and VSFT owners can rent or lease VSFT instantly using the one-click rent/lease button provided by MetaVision rental system.

The renters use the one-click rental feature to select a 'rental stage' VSFT from the market which can meet their needs; the renters need to agree to the VSFT owner's terms before the renting becomes a binding agreement. The rental agreement should make sure renters and VSFT owners both agree on the period of rental time, and the VSFT owner specifies the minimum number of VIT required for them during the agreed period of time. If renters fail to fulfill the renting agreement, the system will deduct the corresponding score from their credit rating. If renters meet the renting agreement, the smart contract will distribute the specific reward according to the renting agreement. The income distribution between the renter and the VSFT owner is a fixed ratio, given permanently by MetaVision renting System. For each successful renting agreement, the system will reward the renter with credit points.
